This course covers all aspects of the IncidentMonitor™ administration interface. Employees responsible for management of the IncidentMonitor service desk application will be learned to manage the complete system. It is possible to request a more basic or more advanced administrator training. The basic training covers only the core elements, where the more advanced training goes much deeper. The basic training is a 1 day training, the advanced a 3 day training. Training can be organized in our training facility or on site at your office.
